CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP LEVEL BENEFITS
BRONZE LEVEL- $50
1. Company may bring any number of non-members (customers, out-of-town friends, etc.) to lunch each week, but at your expense. Note: if any of these persons begin to come regularly, they should join the Club as a member or Corporate Sponsor on their own.
2. Company will receive the following promotion opportunities:
• Company name will be listed by level of contribution on “pick the winner” form each week.
• Company name will be listed on our Internet web page – http://www.blacksburgsportsclub.org , and you may also link your company web page to ours if desired.
• Opportunity to place company promotion items on tables at any meeting.
3. An annual recognition certificate that can be framed and displayed at your place of business.
4. Recognition annually on “Bronze Loyalty Day” in the spring, with up to two free lunch tickets (worth $14).
SILVER LEVEL- $150
1. Same as Bronze Level, except item #4 does not apply, plus;
2. Company can be a “Sponsor of the week” once per year, which includes:
• Two seats at head table with a speaker, depending on your ranking as a Silver Level sponsor (based on level of giving and length of time as a sponsor), after the Gold Level sponsors have chosen, usually in the winter/spring session, when attendance averages 140. Note: If the total number of Gold and Silver Level Sponsors exceeds the total available speakers to be sponsored, we may start doubling up or combining some of the Silver Level Sponsors for some weeks' speakers.
• Opportunity to promote the business via; 2 minutes from dais and a table will be made available to display company brochures and/or materials.
• Opportunity of donating “Pick the Winner” prizes that week and the recognition that goes with that.
• Two free lunch tickets (worth $14).
GOLD LEVEL- $250
1. Same as Silver Level;
2. Company can be “Sponsor of the week” once per year, with additional benefits over those of Silver Level above, as follows:
• Depending on your ranking as a Gold Level sponsor (based on level of giving and length of time as a sponsor), you will have your choice of speakers from amongst Virginia Tech’s athletic personnel that have historically drawn an average attendance of 230 people, usually in the fall session. Such persons include; Athletic Director, Assoc. & Asst. AD’s, Bill Roth, football and basketball head coaches, or any other football coach.
• One additional guest allowed at the table when you are a sponsor of the week, for a total of three (worth $21).
• One reserved parking place near the front door that week.
Note: we will start to assign requested speakers to Gold level sponsors in August of each year,
but there are no guarantees.
